You may find emails that Zubah members send you, or you send, for example from our Email Campaigns, are flagged as spam when you or your customers receive them, and may automatically appear in a Junk E-mail folder.
To ensure that these emails are not seen as spam you can add Zubah to your contact list or address book. You can do this by taking the following steps:
1. Open your contact list or address book 2. Click on ‘New contact’ or ‘Add Contact’ (depending on your email provider) 3. Paste the following addresses into the new contact email address, depending on what emails you are receiving:
- General Marketing material e.g. noreply@zubah.com.au
