1. Your Acceptance
By using or visiting Zubah ("the Zubah website" or "the website") you agree to the Terms of Service. 3. Member Profile
In order to access some features of the website you will have to create a Member profile. You must never use another Member profile without permission. When creating your profile you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your profile, and you must keep your password secure. You must notify Zubah immediately of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your profile.
Although Zubah is not liable for losses caused by any unauthorised use of your profile, you may be liable to Zubah for the losses of Zubah or others due to such unauthorised use.
4. Copyright
The content on the Zubah website, except all business person submissions, including without limitation, the software, scripts, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos and other features ( "Content" ) and the name, trademark and logo contained therein ( "Marks") are owned by Zubah, subject to copyright and other IP rights under the law.
Zubah grants you a non-exclusive license to access and use the content of the site for your businesses purposes provided that:
* You not use, reproduce or distribute any part of the Content or any mark for commercial or public purposes.
* Requests to republish any material may be made via our Contact Zubah page.
* You agree not to alter or modify any part of the website.
* You agree to comply with the Terms of Service and the applicable local national international laws and regulations.
5. Use of the website, Permissions and Restrictions
You understand that when using the Zubah website, you will have access to Member submissions from a variety of sources and that Zubah is not responsible for the accuracy, usefulness, safety, or intellectual property rights of or relating to such Member submissions. 6. Your Member Submissions and Conduct
As a Zubah Member you may submit content ( text, picture, video ) relating to your small business. This content is collectively referred to as "Member submissions". You understand that Zubah does not guarantee any confidentiality with respect to these submissions.
You will be solely responsible for your own Member submissions and the consequences of posting and publishing them. In connection with Member submissions, you affirm, represent, and warrant that: you own or have the necessary licenses to use and authorize Zubah to use all patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary right in and to any and all Member submissions to enable inclusion and use of the Member submission in the manner contemplated by the website and these terms and conditions.
You agree that you retain all of your ownership rights over your Member submissions, however, by submitting Member submissions to Zubah you hereby grant Zubah a worldwide, non exclusive, royalty free, transferable license to publish and distribute the Member submissions in connection with the Zubah website. You also grant each user of the Zubah site a non exclusive license to access the Member submissions. These licenses are perpetual and irrevocable.
You agree that your conduct on the site will comply with the Zubah Community Guidelines which may be updated from time to time.
Zubah does not endorse any Member submission or any opinion or recommendation expressed therein, and Zubah expressly disclaims any and all legal liability in connection with the Member submissions.
7. Account Termination Policy
Zubah will terminate a members access to its website if, under appropriate circumstances, they are determined to be a repeat infringer.
Zubah reserves the right to decide whether content or Member submission is appropriate and complies with these Terms of Service for violations other than copyright or violations of intellectual property law, such as, but not limited to pornography, obscene or defamatory material. Zubah may remove such Member submissions and or terminate a members access for uploading such material in violation of these terms of service any time, without prior notification and at its sole discretion.
